    I think that something as simple as watching the sunset should be seen as a celebration for the day

    I watched a movie that helped me learn a lot about what is happening in our current political environment and how that is affecting climate

    I found a hiking trail in STL which was fun because I didn't think any existed here

    I was able to observe the fall colors that are on the trees before all of the leaves fall off

    I will exercise by running outside rather than on a treadmill

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted instead?

    I regularly use plastic containers since WashU does a lot of carry out. I could substitute a travel bowl or travel plate. I could also more compost safe stuff.

     I think yoga, a very spiritual practice, is a great way to connect with friends. Before the pandemic, I also loved to go to cycling classes. That was a great way to connect with friends.

    I would like to go to sleep before midnight. I think getting a solid routine before bed, like reading, meditating, or even playing a mindless videogame, has been very helpful.
