    I probably bit off more than I should have while dealing with a family health situation but what I appreciated most was focusing on eating more healthy. I'm planning on continuing that habit from now on.

    What did you learn about racial injustice in the documentary(ies) you watched? How does what you learned connect to your understanding of sustainability?

    I learned how black voters have been disenfranchised from voting and still continues to this day.  Disenfranchisement of voters is not sustainable to our democracy and the US could end up an autocracy.

    Film: The Story of Plastic

    I learned quite a bit more about the plastic manufacturing process and how that contributes to Climate Disruption as well as the issues it creates for disposal. The film motivated me to reduce my plastic use even more.

    I ate an apple for breakfast and I am composting the core at my apartment in our little compost container outside.

    I am printing off a bunch of paper for class and I am selecting print double sided to reduce paper waste.
