    Action Track: Justice for the Whole Community Research Voter Suppression
    What are the ways in which voters are prohibited from or discouraged from voting in your region and/or state? What could be done to get rid of these barriers?

    Requiring voters, even those who were already registered, to present a current driver’s license, passport, or state or military ID to cast a ballot.

    We need to listen and ask questions to understand and that we are all racist - all of us.

    What a week. I have done exceedingly poorly on my challenges so far....WAY too much time in front of a computer without taking breaks to move or practice mindfulness. Ugh. BUT, tomorrow is a new day. Onward!

    Health Healthy Sleep
    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    I do well with getting to bed, but some nights are more difficult to keep sleep with my 2 year old!  If I get to bed a bit earlier, I can certainly get more sleep.  I also try to get up early to have some quiet time.

    It is going good.  I have enjoyed getting outside to not only walk but do quite a bit of yardwork too.  This past weekend was the final harvest of my tomatillos and I made two crockpots full of Chicken Posole Verde!
