October 28 at 12:25 PMYes, I know I was addicted to sugar. I did go through a bit of withdrawals causing headaches, but I feel much better. Plus it helped with my budget and future health concerns. Each of my sibling deal with different levels of diabetes and I do not have any issues with this disease.

October 28 at 12:23 PMWe can always remember the bad, but it's always good to look at the wonderful, unexpected and overlooked things in our lives. It's good to journal so you can look back at year or years from now and see what you were thankful for.

October 28 at 12:21 PMI drank a lot of pop (soft drinks). By cutting back on these beverages I am cutting back on my usage of plastic bottles and metal can and also decreasing my sugar intake.
