October 28 at 3:19 PMObviously, things are different right now, but knowing now how much of a difference the reuseable cup makes, helped me see that making the effort to remember to carry a mug with me, is absolutely worth it.

October 28 at 10:29 AMWays to incorporate other values into exercise routine: -listen to my audiobooks (fiction/non-fiction) while walking on treadmill. -Participate in upcoming Zoom exercise sessions sponsored by our Kern Center Wellness Team- these will connect us with our colleagues -move my daily walks to outside when weather permits.
