    Waste Prevent Recycling Contamination
What have you learned about what is accepted by local haulers for recycling, what you can drop off or ship to certain places, and what is not recyclable in your area? What is the most difficult part of recycling for you?

The most difficult part of recycling for me is knowing all the different levels or classifications of recycling. Knowing what numbers mean what. I wish public education had a bigger emphasis on recycling and more awarness. I think an increase in the conversation can help sve money while having actual recyclable products in the cans.

Everyone can benefit from constructive communication because you don't FELL like you are being heard you ARE being heard. Constructive communication can help someone put the shoes on another and slightly understand what they are saying and their point of view. It is a way to support eachother.

Practicing gratitude keeps one from getting swept away with life and reality and all the busy work in our life. By realigning with your innermost self, you reflect on your purpose and what you want to do which usually aligns yourself with the want for a better world in some way or aonther.

My values are: Optimism, Challenge, and Friednship. I narrowed these down by focusing on each and trusting my feelings when I thought about them. Those with the strong emotions attached I choose. I  compared the values and what connected and what were my core values.

What best helped me with mindfulness practice was my classes in sustainbility. It made realize my impact and damage of the day to day routine. When I am being mindful I feel at a stronger peace that I am working to live better and am starting to gain an automatic reaction to practice mindfulness, so it will be automatic.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Healing and Renewal Practice Gratitude for Earth

I agree that gratuide leads to moral obligation. As you stop to appricate nature you gain this obligation to nurture and protect it. We can help society gain gratuide by forcing them to spend more time outside in solutide and in peace.

Waste Advocate For More Food Packaging Options
What concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.

What concerns me is the fact that it seems as if individuals don't have a say in helping the planet become more environmentally conscious as a whole. Corporations are responsible for most environmental damage, and it leaves most individuals hopeless. Losing hope will make us lose the biggest challenge we are currently facing: Climate Change.

While walking around my town, I found many kinds of plastic bottles, soda cans, and glass bottles. I was able to bring them to a recycling facility near my local grocery store to safely dispose of them.
