October 27 at 8:27 AMThe most difficult part of recycling for me is knowing all the different levels or classifications of recycling. Knowing what numbers mean what. I wish public education had a bigger emphasis on recycling and more awarness. I think an increase in the conversation can help sve money while having actual recyclable products in the cans.

October 27 at 8:04 AMEveryone can benefit from constructive communication because you don't FELL like you are being heard you ARE being heard. Constructive communication can help someone put the shoes on another and slightly understand what they are saying and their point of view. It is a way to support eachother.

October 27 at 7:52 AMPracticing gratitude keeps one from getting swept away with life and reality and all the busy work in our life. By realigning with your innermost self, you reflect on your purpose and what you want to do which usually aligns yourself with the want for a better world in some way or aonther.

October 27 at 7:50 AMMy values are: Optimism, Challenge, and Friednship. I narrowed these down by focusing on each and trusting my feelings when I thought about them. Those with the strong emotions attached I choose. I compared the values and what connected and what were my core values.

October 27 at 7:46 AMThis month I have taken it upon myself to work on self-compassion. By practicing self-compassion it gives me a clearer mind and helps me be more confident and focused in the relationships I have and when I interact with others.

October 27 at 7:43 AMWhat best helped me with mindfulness practice was my classes in sustainbility. It made realize my impact and damage of the day to day routine. When I am being mindful I feel at a stronger peace that I am working to live better and am starting to gain an automatic reaction to practice mindfulness, so it will be automatic.

October 27 at 7:41 AMI agree that gratuide leads to moral obligation. As you stop to appricate nature you gain this obligation to nurture and protect it. We can help society gain gratuide by forcing them to spend more time outside in solutide and in peace.

October 20 at 6:12 AMI can improve my study habits by making sure I get a good nights sleep.

October 10 at 10:41 AMWhat concerns me is the fact that it seems as if individuals don't have a say in helping the planet become more environmentally conscious as a whole. Corporations are responsible for most environmental damage, and it leaves most individuals hopeless. Losing hope will make us lose the biggest challenge we are currently facing: Climate Change.

October 10 at 10:40 AMWhile walking around my town, I found many kinds of plastic bottles, soda cans, and glass bottles. I was able to bring them to a recycling facility near my local grocery store to safely dispose of them.
